What to Expect From The Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online?

The Kortz Center Heist is confirmed to be multi-stage, according to the Newswire blog post, and players who want to begin the robbery must add the Art Studio to their Mansion to scope out the Kortz Center building and plan potential infiltration and escape routes. So, owning a Mansion is mandatory if you want to lead others into the heist or go in solo.
