From there, go down once, right once, down twice, right to the edge, up twice, left once into point 9, up once, right once, up once, left twice, up twice into point 10, right once, down once into point 11, right once, up twice, left thrice, down four times through point 12, into point 13, right once, down twice through point 14, into point 15, and right once into point 16 to finish the puzzle.

The first hint is A rapid pace, and you might think you know the answer, but it’s not what you think. The second hint is Hit at an angle, and I’d say the answer is nowhere close to being clear here.
The third hint is Small metal fastener for paper, and this is where the answer becomes pretty clear. The fourth hint is Cut with scissors, and this might actually confuse you a little. The last hint is Short segment of a film, and the answer is: Different meanings of “clip”
