Just like Power Shards, Frost Relics are obtained by beating stronger foes in the game. For example, there are mobs called Arena Fighters on Lawless Island, whom you can defeat for a chance to get this item. Since it’s fresh and elusive, you will have to spam-kill these mobs to get a single piece of it.

The best you can do is equip Accessories and Runes that provide you with a Luck boost. On top of that, the Ice Update has also introduced a new Race called the Luckborn, which has a 1% chance of spawning through clan rerolls. If you manage to get this Race, you will have stats like +35% Luck, +90% Max HP, +80% Damage, +15% Melee Damage Multiplier, and +20% Sword Damage Multiplier. You need this Race as it provides a great buff to the luck stat, making it slightly easier to obtain rare items like the relic.

We recommend going to the in-game settings and setting your move execution to automatic. Once you have done that, go to Lawless Island and stand close to Arena Fighters.
