Tulsa King Season 4: Every Confirmed New and Returning Star

While Taylor Sheridan expands the Yellowstone franchise, his Tulsa King seems to have found a great audience that has given confidence for Paramount+. The crime show stars Sylvester Stallone as the General, an ex-New York Mafia capo who has been exiled to Oklahoma. The show’s fourth season is currently in post-production.

There is still no confirmation on when season 4 of Tulsa King will premiere; many stars have been confirmed to return to the show. Apart from some regulars, there are a few newbies in the show as well. Paramount+’s Head of Originals Jane Wiseman also hinted at the show continuing beyond season 4 (via Deadline). So, we do not know how many of these characters will survive.

Here are all the confirmed new and returning cast members of Tulsa King.

1 Sylvester Stallone as Dwight Manfredi

The face of Tulsa King is Sylvester Stallone, who plays Dwight Manfredi, a.k.a. The General. His return was the one piece of news that was directly announced along with Tulsa King’s season 4 renewal back in 2025. Season 3 ended with Dwight defeating Jeremiah Dunmire and securing Montague Distilleries, freeing him from FBI pressure while gaining a legal bourbon operation. 

Paramount+ executives have teased ‘violence, death, and Sly’ for Season 4, with Dwight facing new rivals in both the criminal and corporate worlds. Since season 5 might be on the horizon, there is a chance that Stallone might survive this round.

2 Garrett Hedlund as Mitch Keller

Garrett Hedlund will return as Dwight’s right-hand man, Mitch Keller. His casting was mostly confirmed by the actor himself, who posted the wrap of season 4 along with Stallone (via Instagram). The upcoming season will possibly explore his relationship with Cleo Montague, which was rushed through in season 3, and his position in Dwight’s crew.

Hedlund has been a mainstay on the series since season 1. He has had a long career, starting with Troy, Eragon, Tron: Legacy, and Pan. He has also acted in video games like Eragon and Mosaic, while he was also seen on the FX TV show Reservation Dogs.

3 Gretchen Mol as Amanda Clark

Gretchen Mol joins Season 4 as a confirmed series regular playing Amanda Clark, described as a calculating Tulsa politician. Her casting reunites her with new head writer Terence Winter, who previously led her on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire. With Season 4 pushing further into Oklahoma politics following Cal Thresher’s gubernatorial win, Amanda Clark is expected to become a significant new power player in Dwight’s orbit.

Mol is best known for Boardwalk Empire, where she played Gillian Darmody. She has also had a long career on film, having key roles in Manchester by the Sea, 3:10 to Yuma, and more. She has also been in the Sheridanverse, playing Evelyn Dutton in Yellowstone.

4 Eden Lee as Maya

Actress Eden Lee, known for her role in Robert De Niro’s Zero Day and the show Parish, will be joining the cast of Tulsa King season 4 as Maya. The official chief of staff of Oklahoma’s governor, Maya will be the gatekeeper between Dwight, Margaret Devereaux, and the governor’s office. How she affects the show’s political maneuvering hasn’t been detailed, but her proximity to power makes her one to watch.

5 Richie Stephens as English Dan

Richie Stephens has already proved himself in the Sheridanverse with Mayor of Kingstown, where he played Dmitri. Now, he will be back in Taylor Sheridan’s Tulsa King as English Dan, a rival mid-level crime boss who is against Dwight.

As a new criminal player entering Tulsa’s underworld, English Dan is set to challenge Dwight’s expanding bourbon and cannabis operations from the supply side. Apart from the Sheridanverse, Stephens has had supporting roles in shows like Blue Bloods, NCIS, and Major Crimes. He has also been a part of many Florence+The Machine music videos.

6 Flula Borg as Bradley Van Heusen

Flula Borg’s addition to Season 4 was confirmed in March 2026, casting him in a recurring role as Bradley Van Heusen, a villainous tech billionaire (via Deadline). His arrival signals a new kind of threat for Dwight, moving beyond old-school mob rivals and political operators into the world of corporate money and influence. Paramount+ has directly cited Van Heusen as one of Dwight’s new confirmed rivals for the season.

Flula Borg is known for his comedic roles in the Pitch Perfect franchise, the show The Rookie, and his appearances on Conan. The German actor is widely known for his comic timing, and he would be a perfect fit for Tulsa King‘s comedic undertones.
