Now, York Regional Police say they have arrested two men in connection with the underworld settling of accounts and are seeking a third suspect.

Officers were then dispatched to the area of Huntington Rd. and Kirby Rd. after receiving reports that a blue sport utility vehicle (SUV) had been abandoned and set ablaze. Detectives confirmed the SUV was used by the suspects leading up to and following the shooting.

Dope smuggling kingpin
Also charged is alleged GTA bombmaker, Michele Moscone, 27. In addition to the two first-degree murder charges and arson, he is charged with possessing an explosive substance and a number of firearms-related charges.
Glen Mousseau, 55, of Windsor is the most intriguing member of the trio. With 47 convictions over an illustrious 32-year criminal career. He is charged with accessory after the fact to murder, arson and firearms offences.
Mousseau was the ingenious dope smuggler who used a fleet of mini-submarines to smuggle drugs and cash across the Detroit River in the U.S. The enterprising villain was nabbed in 2019 and sentenced to six years in a U.S. federal prison in 2012.
Tethered to reefer
He also forfeited his submarine.
Mousseau was nabbed when he was found floating unconscious in the Detroit River. He was tethered to 185 pounds of reefer. Law enforcement officials called him Scuba Steve.
Prosecutors said Mousseau’s smuggling operation relied on a fleet of Seabob-Jets, an egg-shaped, WiFi-equipped, electric scooter capable of propelling him along the bottom of the Detroit River at more than 13 miles per hour in near silence and with two cameras providing lookout. A Seabob-Jet usually sells for US$9,000 to $16,500, according to The Detroit News.
Three criminal organizations
The career criminal allegedly told law enforcement he worked for three criminal organizations in the U.S. and Canada.
