Silo Season 3 does not have an official trailer, but Apple TV released a teaser on April 21, 2026. The teaser offers an insight into what to expect from the new season.

The trailer features Rebecca Ferguson’s Juliette saying, “Before we can know why we’re here. Before we can know everything is as it is. Before we know how it all will end, we need to understand how it all began,” hinting at the origins of the bunkers.

What Happened in Silo So Far?

Silo follows a society living deep underground in a massive bunker, where people believe the outside world is toxic and deadly. Their history was mostly erased after a rebellion 140 years ago. Early in the story, Allison Becker begins to question the truth and claims the outside may not be what it seems.

She chooses to leave the Silo and is seen collapsing outside. Her husband, Sheriff Holston, later follows her path, but before dying, he appears to see a lush, green world. Things start to shift when Juliette Nichols, an engineer, becomes the new sheriff.

As she investigates a series of deaths, including that of her partner George, she uncovers hidden relics, secret surveillance systems, and evidence that powerful leaders like Bernard and Judicial are controlling the truth. She also learns that the images shown to those who go outside are fake, designed to make them clean the camera before dying in the wasteland.

After Juliette goes outside and survives, she reaches another bunker, Silo 17. It appears abandoned at first, but she later finds a man called Solo living inside a vault. The lower levels of this silo are flooded, making it dangerous to explore. Juliette works with Solo to find equipment and repair systems so she can survive and return home. She also meets a small group of young survivors.

While learning more, Juliette discovers that there are many silos and that her survival could inspire people in her own silo to rebel. She also realizes this could lead to a similar disaster as Silo 17, where a rebellion led residents to rush outside, believing they could survive. However, they all died in the toxic environment.

Juliette understands that if people in her home silo follow the same path, it could end in the same tragedy. This pushes her to return and warn them, hoping to stop a rebellion before it leads to more loss of life.

Back in her home silo, tensions are already rising. People are questioning the leadership, and a rebellion is close to breaking out. Juliette tries to warn them not to go outside and risk their lives.
