What to Expect From Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 5 Episode 5

In Episode 4, Kazuya decided that it was a good idea to lie even further. Now that everyone found out that Chizuru is a rental girlfriend, and Kazuya’s grandmother dropped the bomb on Chizuru by pointing out how she lied to her own grandmother to the day she died, Kazuya tried to calm things down by saying she is still, in fact, his girlfriend.

Mami did not like that, so she asked Kazuya to prove it by kissing Chizuru, which is something his grandmother wants to see too now. However, he can’t do that. After many back and forths, it was Chizuru who decided that she was going to kiss him in front of everyone.

In the next episode, we can expect a sort of resolution. Kazuya’s grandmother would probably feel much relieved, but it doesn’t mean that everything is going to be fine now. Especially with Kibe, we can expect him to be still really angry. His anger would make sense, as he was the only friend Kazuya had who did not know of his situation.
