3 Nine Sols

Rounding out this month’s free PS Plus lineup is Nine Sols, which is arguably one of the best 2D action-platformers on the market right now. It has a detailed hand-drawn art style and combat mechanics that take inspiration from Seikro. You will be playing as Yi, who is a warrior with one goal: revenge against the Nine Sols, the ruler of New Kunlun.

Don’t expect this to be an easy ride, though. The enemies that will be standing in your way are anything but forgiving. From deadly creatures to ancient guardians who have spent lifetimes mastering the art of combat, every encounter will demand your full attention.
