Less than 12 months after the release of the No. 1 charting Rushmere, Mumford & Sons returned with Prizefighter. The 14-song set released in February has drawn some of the band’s best recent reviews, with singles such as Robber Band Man with Hozier and Here featuring Chris Stapleton lauded for their easygoing folkiness.

Besides the hits with Hozier and Stapleton, the record also features collaborations with Gracie Abrams and Gigi Perez. Perhaps the biggest highlight of the new album’s material is the Banjo Song.

Featuring a video clip directed and produced by the Bristol-based events collective Streets of Soul, the film features dances cast from the club-goers Streets of Soul met at their regular Northern Soul Club nights. While the track comes a year after Sheffield legends Pulp showcased the Northern Soul dance scene captured in archival footage in Got to Have Love, the Mumford & Sons video brings the upbeat and creative regional dance style into the present day.
