MobLand Season 2 premieres Friday, September 18, 2026. Paramount+ has confirmed a global launch, with one new episode arriving each Friday rather than the whole season dropping at once. The finale is scheduled for November 20. Decider reports the U.S. premiere at 3:01 a.m. ET.

How Many Episodes Does MobLand Season 2 Have?

MobLand Season 2 contains 10 episodes, matching the first season. Episodes will stream weekly every Friday from September 18 through November 20, giving the family war more room to simmer than a binge release would.

Rotten Tomatoes lists MobLand Season 2 as a 10-episode season concluding on November 20.

What Will MobLand Season 2 Be About?

MobLand Season 1 ended with the Stevenson war effectively settled. Harry and Kevin killed Richie Stevenson and exposed family lawyer O’Hara Delaney as the traitor manipulating both sides. Conrad and Maeve remained behind bars, although Harry and Kevin obtained evidence capable of undermining the case against them. The nastiest blow came after the shooting stopped. Maeve told Eddie that Conrad, not Kevin, is his biological father, blowing a hole through an already poisonous family structure. Kevin had also begun openly challenging Conrad’s authority, while Maeve increasingly viewed Eddie as the future of the Harrigan dynasty.

Then Harry returned home and argued with Jan, who stabbed him in the chest. Season 2 footage confirms he survives, but the marriage is hardly emerging from that kitchen intact. Paramount+ describes the new story as the Harrigans trying to maintain a united front while new rivals circle their fractured empire. Per Entertainment Weekly, Helen Mirren has teased that “other forces are coming in to play,” specifically pointing toward characters connected to Janet McTeer and Toby Jones. Internally, Kevin wants power, Maeve is grooming Eddie, and Seraphina appears willing to make alliances of her own.

What Does the MobLand Season 2 Trailer Reveal?

The official trailer is already out, and Harry delivers the cleanest diagnosis of the Harrigan household: “This family is in a death spiral.” Paramount+ footage shows Kevin saying he wants Conrad dead, Conrad becoming increasingly erratic, and Seraphina meeting Kat McAllister while declaring that it is “time for change.”

The footage also promises a broader criminal conflict than Season 1’s comparatively focused Stevenson feud. Explosions, beatings, internal betrayals, and competing alliances suggest that Harry will spend less time fixing isolated disasters and more time trying to stop the entire Harrigan structure from collapsing.

Hardy’s return is particularly important after months of reports questioning his longer-term future on the series. Those doubts have now been put to bed: Paramount+ has officially confirmed Hardy, Brosnan, and Mirren for Season 3 as well.

MobLand Season 3 Is Already Official

Paramount+ renewed MobLand for Season 3 on September 3, before Season 2 had even premiered. No Season 3 release date has been announced, but Hardy, Brosnan, and Mirren are all confirmed to return. That early vote of confidence makes Season 2 less about whether the Harrigans survive as a television franchise and considerably more about which Harrigans survive one another. The Stevensons may be largely off the board, but judging by the trailer, peace was never really on offer.
