Liam Paynes death: Distressing audio of Buenos Aires hotel owner's emergency call confirms cause of death

The drama continues as more is learned about the causes of Liam Payne's death in a hotel in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

After speculation about different questions about his suicide, he threw himself from a third floor, a call to medical emergencies may clarify everything that has happened with the former One Direction musician.

Argentine television broadcast the full audio of the call made by the person at the hotel where the musician was staying to the emergency services moments before he allegedly jumped from the third floor.

"We have a guest who is overdosed on drugs and alcohol. When he is conscious, he breaks everything in the room and we need you to send someone, please," the employee of CasaSur, located at 6032 Costa Rica Street, is heard saying.

"We need you to send someone urgently because I don't know if the guest's life is at risk. He is in a room with a balcony and we are afraid that he might do something that could put his life at risk," the hotel manager said in the call to the operator.

Payne traveled to Argentina in early October to accompany his former One Direction bandmate Nial Horan during concerts in Buenos Aires.

The case has even more drama because Payne's ex-fiance, Maya Henry, had sent him through her lawyers a letter to stop trying to contact her.
