Kaley Cuoco just made turning 40 look like the start of a brand-new chapter. The Big Bang Theory alum is pregnant with her second child with Ozark star Tom Pelphrey. Cuoco revealed the news with an Instagram photo dump centered on a sprinkle-covered cake that, once sliced, showed pink inside.

The classic gender-reveal twist that instantly told fans Matilda is getting a little sister. In her caption, she gushed that they’re “in the process of completing our little family” and admitted this pregnancy has been “a bit windier in many ways,” but still called it a dream moment.

What makes this announcement hit even harder for longtime fans is how perfectly it aligns with what Cuoco has been saying for years. Back in 2024, she told People she and Pelphrey might “go way out of order” and have a second baby before ever getting around to planning a wedding.

He’s described raising Matilda as “amazing” and “heaven,” acknowledging it can be challenging but calling the experience “the most beautiful thing ever.” He’s repeatedly praised Cuoco as a natural mother who somehow juggles work and parenting with ease, telling outlets that seeing her with their daughter just amplified all the things he already adored about her.
