According to a new lawsuit, 37-year-old Lorna Hajdini, an executive director at the investment bank company, convinced a married banker into non-consensual and humiliating acts, which included sexual harassment and abuse, over a span of months.

The complainant, identified as John Doe in the lawsuit, claimed he was verbally assaulted by Hajdini after crying during a forced sexual incident.

Doe also accused Hadjini of threatening to derail his career when he refused her advances. He accused her of drugging him with a date rape drug multiple times, and said she gave him an “erection-enabling” drug more than once, the U.K. Sun reported.

The man is seeking damages for lost earnings, emotional distress and reputational harm, according to the lawsuit.

Hajdini has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

What he says she did

Doe joined JP Morgan as a senior vice president/director in March 2024, according to the lawsuit. He claimed Hajdini’s abuse started immediately after she was appointed to a senior role on the team the next month.

In May of that year, Doe alleged Hajdini dropped a pen next to his desk, rubbed his leg, and squeezed his calf as she picked it up.

“Oh, you did play basketball in college?” Hajdini reportedly said. “I love basketball players … they get me so wet.”

Things escalated from there, the man claimed.

Weeks later, Doe said he declined to go for drinks with the executive.

In response, Hajdini reportedly said: “If you don’t f*** me soon, I’m going to ruin you. Never forget, I f***ing own you.”

The man said he continued to decline any offers to meet his superior outside of work hours. But he said the abuse worsened, eventually turning racial.

The lawsuit alleges Hajdini asked to give Doe oral sex in the office, with her telling him: “Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy.”

Doe said Hajdini groped his groin area repeatedly at a work event, spitting in her hands before rubbing it on his neck and head, per the U.K. Sun.

“You’re gonna need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy.”

Executive allegedly tracked his ‘every move’

The lawsuit also alleged Hajdini used her work status to gain unauthorized access to Doe’s bank accounts, with him claiming it allowed her to track his “every move.”

Doe said in one instance, Hajdini showed up at his apartment, stripped her top off and fondled her breasts in front of him.

After rejecting her advances, Doe claimed Hajdini began verbally assaulting him and his wife, and threatened employment advancement as well.

“Do you want a future at JP Morgan?” the executive allegedly said. “It’s that simple. I don’t know why you’re fighting this.”

“I bet your little Asian, fish head wife doesn’t have these cannons,” Hajdini allegedly added.

The woman then allegedly removed Doe’s pants and performed oral sex on him against his wishes.

He then allegedly started crying as Hajdini continued to mock him, then forced to him to perform oral sex on her.

Later that month, he was allegedly assaulted again. The lawsuit noted a witness reportedly overheard the alleged sexual abuse in an adjoining room.

Hajdini’s sexual advances towards Doe continued for months, the lawsuit stated.

Doe complained to JPMorgan HR

Doe sent a written complaint to JPMorgan’s HR team in May 2025. The complaint detailed the discrimination, harassment and sexual abuse he allegedly suffered at the hands of Hajdini.

The man claimed the company didn’t immediately respond, choosing to retaliate against him instead, the U.K. Sun reported.

Doe alleged he was sent threatening anonymous phone calls from people acting on behalf of Hajdini and JPMorgan.

One voicemail he received was from someone claiming to be a company manager, telling him he wasn’t welcome back due to his skin colour. Another caller allegedly threatened to call ICE agents on him and his family.

Doe claims he was reprimanded, placed on involuntary leave, and locked out of company systems.

He left the company in late 2024, while Hajdini is still employed there.

JPMorgan Chase & Co has denied Doe’s claim, stating there was no evidence to support his allegations after an investigation.
