Why is Palestine Action allowed to operate in Canada? Why?

It’s an important question.

A British court this week heard about what Palestine Action did on Aug. 6, 2024. On that date, red-suited members of Palestine Action broke into Israeli-owned Elbit Systems in Bristol, England.
They’d broken in using a decommissioned prison van as a battering ram, in the middle of the night.

The prosecutor, Deanna Heer KC, told Woolwich Town Court: “Inside the warehouse, they set about destroying as much property as they could. They used crowbars and hammers to damage computers, equipment, drones and other products Elbit had manufactured.”
At some point, the police and security arrived. Sgt. Kate Evans was one of them.
A big Palestine Action member, 23-year-old Samuel Corner, targeted Evans while she was on all fours on the ground, trying to arrest someone. She had her back turned to him. Corner started attacking Evans with his sledgehammer, and brought it down on her twice, crushing her spine.
Evans survived, but remains unable to do her job like she once did. She is in continual pain. Much later, at the trial of Samuel Corner and the others, the Palestine Action members stepped away from their lawyers and addressed the jury.
“I can say with absolute certainty that this is the best thing I have ever done,” one of them said.
They were proud.

They were all swiftly convicted of causing criminal damage. Corner, for his part, was found guilty of inflicting grievous bodily harm on Sgt. Evans.

In the U.K., Palestine Action have been understandably designated as a terror group. The group is now active in Canada – and they’re making news here, too.
For reasons that have not been explained by anyone in authority, Palestine Action are not considered a terror group by our government. The Carney Liberals have shown no inclination to designate them as one, either.
B’nai Brith Canada, the Century-old human rights group, has concerns about that. So does the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA).
In an interview this week, B’nai Brith’s Director of Research and Advocacy Rich Robertson alleged:

“Palestine Action Canada are engaging in much of the same anarchist tactics that the group in the United Kingdom were engaging in. They’re sharing a manual of how to commit anarchistic sabotage, destruction of property. And they’re identifying targets around the world where they are encouraging individuals to commit these acts, including against institutions.”
He continued: “Here in Canada, this clearly meets the definition for terrorist activity, and B’nai B’rith is calling on the Canadian government to list Palestine action Canada as a terrorist entity.”

It’s true: I describe Palestine Action’s manual in my new book, The Hidden Hand.
In their underground manual, provided to me by a source, members are told to form clandestine “cells” to carry out crimes and acts of violence. The manual encourages “smashing windows and exterior equipment,” and to “cause disruption to the target” – which are almost all owned by Jews.
Leave behind “PAINT AND DESTRUCTION,” the manual says – the authenticity of which was confirmed to me by a member of the British group.

I have reached out to Palestine Action for comment but have so far not received a response.

“Through our proactive monitoring of groups of concern, we identified Palestine Action Canada – despite their assertions that they operate underground, Richardson said.
“Palestine Action Canada are quite open in their promotion of anarchistic activity,“ he alleged. “And they are openly endangering Canadians and Canada’s national security.”
Just recently, he claimed, Canada’s Palestine Action faction has put together a map of “targets” in Canada and elsewhere.
“Their manual reads like a terror manifesto. It is encouraging individuals to to form cells. It is encouraging those cells to conduct reconnaissance, to identify targets and to engage in criminal activity against those targe … This is not graffiti, this is not vandalism. This is not protest. This is organized domestic terror.”
So, for those who have chanted “globalize the Intifada”? Well, this is what that means. You got what you asked for.
Ask Sgt. Kate Evans.
