Forget Bond, Jack Lowden’s Best War Movie of the 2010s is Officially Streaming on Paramount

Although Jack Lowden might be on the list of final actors being considered for the role of James Bond, we can’t ignore Lowden’s best war movie of the 21st century that is currently streaming on Paramount.

Directed by Christopher Nolan, Dunkirk saw Lowden take on the role of Collins in the 2017 movie. With an iconic storyline and Nolan’s brilliant direction, Dunkirk became one of the best war movies of the 2010s.

Per JustWatch, the movie is currently available to stream on Paramount across all of its tiers. Naturally, if you have to see Lowden take on the role of a soldier in a battle before James Bond, now would be a good time to do it.

It was reported recently that Slow Horses and Dunkirk star Jack Lowden is one of the three alleged finalists for the role of James Bond in the upcoming Denis Villeneuve venture.

The movie, which will likely see a young James Bond in a prequel storyline, is likely to feature one of the three finalists auditioning for the coveted role. According to THR, Lowden is being heavily considered for the role of James Bond alongside Callum Turner.

The report states that the screen tests will be held this weekend in London, with Jacob Elordi and Jack O’Connell allegedly out of the race for various reasons. Fans have high expectations for Lowden to become the new James Bond, although Amazon MGM Studios hasn’t revealed any comments on who this new Bond could be.

Jack Lowden Has Secured 63% Betting Poll On Becoming James Bond

Casting for a major role has become quite the popular betting station for bookies in several countries. One such website (called Odds Checker) has reported that Jack Lowden has the highest odds of being the next James Bond (8/12 or 66%).

Alongside Lowden, Margaret Qualley is sitting at 33% for being the next Bond Girl on BetOnline (via THR). Although the betting polls do not necessarily mean anything confirmed for casting, it does showcase where (or who) would people want to bet their money on.

The money is currently on Jack Lowden, and it seems that the world will pretty soon know whether the gamble was worth it or not.
