Dorohedoro Season 2 Episode 4 Brief Recap
Dorohedoro Season 2 Episode 4 was insanely gory. Thus, many fans who take an interest in this type of storytelling found it a straight-up masterclass. Along with it, though, there was a significant amount of story progression that came along with Asu’s death, the revelation of Nikaido’s past, and En finding out Chota’s disguise.
To start things off, Asu’s death scene was not only hard to watch, but it also revealed his true form as a sorcerer. Before becoming a devil, he was a sorcerer named Kawagiri, who grew up with Nikaido. This reveal explained why Asu had always been so protective of Nikaido ever since.
In the same light, Nikaido’s past was also teased in the episode, and we got to see her as a kid. Her training to improve on her magic stemmed from back then, as she initially had no control over her powers. Well, we still don’t know what she is capable of, even to this day.
Finally, Chota couldn’t maintain his disguise for much longer. It must be because his disguise was originally cast by Asu, and since he’s not a devil anymore, the spell got cancelled. As a result, En found out Chota was acting as Nikaido. So, you can guess what the next episode will be about, right?
What to Expect in Dorohedoro Season 2 Episode 5?
En as seen in a still from Dorohedoro Season 2 | Credits: MAPPADorohedoro Season 2 Episode 5 will primarily focus on En searching for Nikaido. Though it won’t be easy at all, since he has no lead on her current whereabouts. Also, now that Nikaido’s contract with En has been ripped apart, she has no obligation to go back to him.
Another thing that we must keep an eye on is whatever Doctor Kasukabe, Shin, Noi, and others are up to. Given that Kasukabe and Shin may have already been in contact with the leader of the Cross-Eyes, we might get our next lead on finding him out. Interestingly, Risu’s former colleague, Dokuga, can also come up with the next hint, as he claimed that he witnessed Risu’s death with his own eyes.
Last but not least, we must not forget that Caiman is the protagonist of the series. So, the focus might switch to his perspective as well. Since he has now accepted Nikaido for who she is, there’s a clear chance of Caiman’s character development in Episode 5.
Where to Watch Dorohedoro Season 2 Episode 5 Online?

Interestingly, the English dub of Dorohedoro Season 2 is also being released simultaneously online, but is only available to watch legally on Netflix. Thus, if you’re a dub enjoyer and cannot follow up with the subtitles, then Netflix would be your only platform to catch the upcoming episode.

So if you’re from around that part of the world, then you can head to their licensed YouTube channel to catch Episode 5 online.
