On his Reddit profile were posts and comments Ho had made on various sub-communities over time, including “nude photographs of Ho, photographs of Ho engaged in sexual acts and posts of a sexual nature,” according to a consent resolution agreement posted online Tuesday by the B.C. “The profile page also contained photographs of Ho, clothed, taken in connection with school activities, including one taken at the school,” it said.

The students said they were “ shocked” and reported the inappropriate posts to other teachers. News of Ho’s Reddit account quickly spread through the school community.

Ho has been on leave since September 2023, days after the account was revealed.

In the agreement, Ho admits to “conduct unbecoming” and agrees to a two-week suspension of his teaching certificate beginning Oct. 25.

The commissioner determined that the suspension was an appropriate consequence because, “by having sexual images of himself available on a public website, where he was identified as a teacher, Ho failed to maintain the integrity, credibility and reputation of the teaching profession.”
