All Confirmed Games For Summer Game Fest 2026

Summer Game Fest 2026 is almost here, and with PlayStation’s State of Play and Xbox Games Showcase coming up as well, this week is super stacked. As usual, the Summer Game Fest presentation will be hosted by Geoff Keighley and Lucy James on June 5, 2026, from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.

It will also kick off several days of announcements, gameplay reveals, world premieres, and deep dives from major publishers and indie developers. While we don’t know which publishers and games will be making an appearance, some games have already been confirmed for Summer Game Fest weekend through events such as the Xbox Games Showcase, Future Games Show, and SGF Play Days.

It is important to note that not every game listed below has been confirmed specifically for the main Summer Game Fest showcase on June 5. Instead, these titles have been officially announced for Summer Game Fest weekend events, including the Xbox Games Showcase, Future Games Show, and SGF Play Days.

Gears of War: E-Day

Developed by The Coalition, the prequel explores the events surrounding Emergence Day, the catastrophic moment when the Locust Horde first surfaced and devastated humanity. Fans can expect new gameplay footage, developer commentary, and additional story details during the Direct.

Obsidian Entertainment’s cooperative survival sequel is one of several games confirmed for Xbox’s SGF Play Days lineup. Although Microsoft has not yet confirmed a showcase appearance, Grounded 2 will be playable during the event, making it one of the most visible Xbox titles at SGF.

The game will not only appear during the Future Games Show itself but will also receive an extended gameplay showcase afterward through FGS Live From Los Angeles. This makes it one of the most heavily featured games currently confirmed for SGF 2026.

Of course, the main event this week is Summer Game Fest, which will be live on June 5.

Broadcast from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, the show is expected to run approximately two hours and will feature world premieres, gameplay reveals, developer appearances, and surprise announcements. Despite the lack of confirmed games, this presentation will likely deliver many of the event’s biggest headlines.

Among all participating companies, Xbox currently has the clearest confirmed lineup.

In addition to the Xbox Games Showcase itself, Microsoft has confirmed the Gears of War: E-Day Direct and a big SGF Play Days show, which will feature many playable games. So we can basically expect Xbox to have one of the largest presences throughout the entire event.

The Future Games Show is also another important showcase outside the main SGF presentation.

With confirmed appearances from EXODUS, Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, Halloween: The Game, Wardogs, and The Pines, we have a lot to look forward to heading into the weekend.

As of now, many publishers are still keeping their announcements secret. We may or may not see new teasers and confirmations this week, in the days before Summer Game Fest. Of course, the biggest announcements will remain exclusive to the show itself.
