We’re sure we won’t see many iconic weapons not featured on this list. However, we believe these 7 iconic weapons must be part of the movie anyway.

It has become a staple of almost every FromSoftware game. However, the Moonlight Greatsword took on its most beautiful and tragic form in Elden Ring as the Dark Moon Greatsword.

The weapon was gifted by Ranni the Witch to her consort. Ranni’s storyline should be adapted into the film. The reveal of this legendary weapon is an absolute must-have cinematic moment.

2 Moonveil

It’s arguably the most infamous intelligence-scaling weapon in Elden Ring history. Moonveil fires off devastating waves of magical light with its Transient Moonlight skill.

Given its sheer popularity among the player base and the gorgeous visuals, it would be a crime not to feature it in the live-action adaptation. The glowing blue energy wave would not only be stunning to look at but would also bring character high-speed duel sequences that we expect to see.

3 Sword of Night and Flame

Tucked away in Caria Manor, this straight sword is legendary among the game’s community. Simply because it was one of the most overpowered magical weapons at launch.

The visual contrast of sweeping fire and cosmic night magic from a single blade would create dynamic combat choreography on screen. This sword would truly be a spectacle to behold for moviegoers witnessing it for the first time.

4 Bloodhound’s Fang

Countless players have a core memory attached to this weapon. The Bloodhound’s Fang carried several of us from the opening hours in Limgrave all the way to the Elden Throne.

An obvious homage to George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones. This colossal sword is forged from the assorted blades of an entire defeated clan. With Martin leading the project as a co-producer, it’s not only likely that we will see it, but we demand to see it!

This Iron Throne-inspired sword would be a perfect nod to Martin for his role in the worldbuilding of the game. On top of that, it wouldn’t hurt the movie to have another fan base holler at the screens as soon as this weapon makes an appearance.
