Sean “Diddy” Combs is still in jail, but that hasn’t stopped him from getting attention, this time over an alleged sex tape.

The video features the music producer, porn star Sly Diggler and model Daphne Joy — who just happens to be the mother of 50 Cent’s youngest son, 13-year-old Sire.
While it’s unknown who’s responsible for posting the freaky footage online early Sunday, DJ Vlad claimed on social media that he verified the tape is legit.
The media personality recounted on his YouTube channel a previous interview with Diggler, who told him that Diddy grabbed the actor’s phone and recorded the entire sexual encounter.
What 50 had to say
50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has since spoken out in a pair of social media posts, including one in which he says that his son is the real victim.
In response to one report in which social media users discuss the explicit, nearly 40-minute alleged video that emerged online, the rapper-actor wrote: “She’s not a victim, SIRE is can you imagine going to eighth grade to find out this is your mom.”

50 added: “The court system in LA thinks it’s fine.”

Jackson has another son, Marquise, 29, with ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins.
In another post, 50 shifted the attention back to Diddy and more blurry footage from the supposed video.
“Free Diddy he has gone through enough being born with no penis. LOL,” he wrote alongside a laughing emoji.
‘Triggering and painful’
Joy, meanwhile, posted — then deleted — a lengthy statement on her Instagram, claiming she did not consent to being filmed in the footage she called “triggering and painful,” per The Shaderoom.
“The recent leak was a tape I never consented to being filmed on,” she wrote. “I was blackmailed by the person in the video and was threatened that if I didn’t give him the lump sum of money that they would leak it on the web.”
A “giant media outlet” ended up buying it years ago but they refused to post it after Joy informed them it was part of a “revenge porn” and “extortion scheme.”
But here it is now, years later, online.

“It took me all day to find the courage to rewatch my abuse,” Joy wrote. “Having to watch this tape was triggering and painful because only I knew the inner turmoil and pressures I felt in those moments.”
50 vs. Diddy
The release of the alleged sex tape comes months after the release of Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning — which was produced by 50.

A spokesperson for the Bad Boy Entertainment founder called it a “shameful hit piece,” and said it was “shocking” that Netflix “gave creative control” to “a longtime public adversary who has a personal vendetta against Mr. Combs and has made a career of slandering and defaming him.”
Jackson appeared on Good Morning America where he defended the doc and why he took part in it.
“If I didn’t say anything, you would interpret it as ‘hip hop is fine with his behaviours,” Jackson told Robin Roberts.
“There’s no one else being vocal,” the “Candy Shop” rapper continued. “So, you would look at it and just say … ‘mind your business,’ or ‘lemme not say nothin’ about nothin’,’ or those things that would allow an entire culture to register as if they’re for that behaviour.”
