What Is Jujutsu No Kaisen – The Jujutsu Kaisen Alternate Ending That Has Fans Fuming

A few months ago, Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen took a bow from the manga community after releasing its final chapter. The final chapter marked the ending of the series that made its place with the big league players like One Piece and Attack on Titan. However, despite being one of the greatest stories ever, fans felt that Akutami couldn’t bring a proper conclusion.

The ending of Jujutsu Kaisen, according to many fans, felt a little incomplete and undeserving. There were many aspects of the conclusion that were not up to the mark of the hype that Jujutsu Kaisen created over the years. Thus, Akutami faced a lot of backlash from the fanbase, who recently decided to take matters into their own hands.

To rectify the ending of Jujutsu Kaisen, which fans believed to be dull, a fan project called “Jujutsu No Kaisen” has been released. This fan project has an alternate ending that was created with the intention of doing justice to the original storyline, but the alternate ending feels even worse than what Akutami created for the original Jujutsu Kaisen.

What is Jujutsu No Kaisen?

When Gege Akutami announced that Jujutsu Kaisen’s end was closing in, fans of the series were particularly excited as the battle against the King of Curses was finally coming to an end. However, when the actual conclusion of the manga was released, fans felt a little disappointed. This was solely because it felt a little bleak compared to the development that was going on in the narrative.

Thus, in order to tackle this problem, a fan project called Jujutsu No Kaisen was released on the internet, which featured an alternate ending to the original storyline.

The ending was created with the help of Artificial Intelligence, and it started from the moment Gojo Satoru was killed off by Sukuna, and the real struggle for the sorcerers started against the King of Curses.

As of now, only one chapter has been released for Jujutsu No Kaisen, and it features some major characters like Uraume, Kinji Hakari, and Hajime Kashimo. The chapter also focuses on the afterlife moment that Gojo Satoru experienced with his old friends. The chapter feels like an imitation of the original Jujutsu Kaisen storyline with just a few modifications.

Fans are angry with Jujutsu No Kaisen

Although Jujutsu No Kaisen was supposed to rectify the mistakes that Akutami allegedly made in the original Jujutsu Kaisen storyline, it seems to have done the opposite. While the fan-made series has released only the first chapter, it feels like the narrative of Jujutsu No Kaisen may be even worse than what Akutami planned for the original ending.

The development of the narrative feels uneasy, and there are many mistakes that make the use of AI to create the storyline quite obvious.

Thus, fans of the original Jujutsu Kaisen series decided to express their opinions about how the fan-made series was ruining the original storyline.

There are too many guys on internet thinking they are better than actual authors of series. Every author has flaws but it's their personal work (along with editors interference) at least have respect even if you don't like everything in a story.

Fan-made projects are not a new thing within the manga community. There have been many prominent series that have received a fan ending, but none of them have insulted the original work as much as Jujutsu No Kaisen did with only its first chapter.
