Hush will become available on the live servers on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Players can unlock her through the Agent Recruitment Event by earning 200,000 XP during the event period. If you want to immediately unlock her, you can also purchase her for 1,000 Valorant Points (VP).
If you miss the initial Recruitment event, you’ll have to spend 10,000 Kingdom Credits. You can also play the Agent through an eligible Xbox Game Pass account linked to a Riot Games account, subject to the applicable unlock conditions.
Hush was teased before her official reveal, with early glimpses appearing in a developer update and the Season 2026 Act 6 Battle Pass. She has long white hair with pink and purple accents, glowing eyes, and a black outfit with luminous geometric effects.
The character is a Cantonese Duelist from Guangdong, China, and she joins Sage and Iso to represent the region in the growing cast of the game. However, her abilities are what make her interesting, especially if you want to experiment with her movement and utility.
Valorant Hush Abilities: Everything We Know
She has the most unique kit in the game! | Image Credit: Riot GamesHush’s kit is based on her telekinesis abilities, allowing her to manipulate objects and redirect her abilities instead of just throwing utility at opponents. Her passive, Telekinesis, lets her pick up weapons and the Spike, as well as interact with switches from a greater distance.
Her signature and rechargeable ability is Displacement. It launches a projectile that you can redirect in midair. When it detonates, it pulls nearby players toward its center and concusses them if they collide with a surface or another player. The ability also resets after every two kills.
Flashbulb is another throwable projectile that you can steer in midair. It can blind opponents who look toward the explosion. This gives her a lot of setup for herself alongside her signature.
Her mobility ability is Flow, which allows Hush to establish an anchor and propel herself toward it after briefly hovering in the air. This is a new type of dash compared to Jett and Waylay, and we’ll have to wait and see just how players use it.
Her ultimate, Suspension, sends a controllable projectile forward before detonating it to levitate players within its radius. Official ability text confirms the lift, but not that caught enemies are fully locked out of shooting or other actions, so how strong it is will depend on how that effect plays out in-game.
According to Riot developer Nicholas Smith, the main focus of her abilities was the idea that “Hush shouldn’t just throw utility, she should be able to manipulate it.” Hush will be playable on October 27, and we don’t have to wait long to discover exactly how strong she is.
