In a recent chat with DC Film News on X, Gustin expressed his readiness to don the red suit once again if James Gunn comes calling. He confidently stated:

Yeah, if James Gunn asked me to play The Flash, I would do it. I trust James Gunn.

The people. I did it for nearly 10 years. I was 23 when that show started and 33 when the show ended, and I grew up, and learned a lot of who I was, and just matured a lot throughout the process. 

This isn’t just talk; Gustin likely spent far more time with his The Flash family than with his own family, making the idea of not being together again a tough pill to swallow. So, whether or not he speeds back into action, his legacy as The Flash will continue to resonate with fans old and new.
