• Primordial Rune: +16% base luck and +28% maximum luck
• Radiant Rune: +84% base damage and +120% maximum damage

A Tier

• Havoc Rune: +55% base damage and +88% maximum damage
• Wrath Rune: +40% base damage and +59% maximum damage
• Fortune Rune: +10% base luck and +16% maximum luck

B Tier

• Destruction Rune: +25% base damage (1.25x) and +37% maximum damage (1.37x)
• Inferno Rune: 70% base burn damage and 104% maximum burn damage
• Blood Rune: 65% base bleed damage and 97% maximum bleed damage

C Tier

• Frost Rune: +30% base damage and +44% maximum damage. Also, freeze for 2 seconds on the base level and freeze for 3 seconds on the maximum level.
• Guardian Rune: +39% HP on base level and +59% HP on maximum level
• Suppression Rune: 10% damage reduction on base level and 15% damage reduction on maximum level.
