At first, the Mochi Mochi no Mi does not sound like the kind of power that could make someone one of the strongest fighters in One Piece. Katakuri proves otherwise. He can create and control mochi, change the shape of his body, stretch his limbs, and use the sticky substance to trap his enemies.

During his fight with Luffy in the Whole Cake Island arc, he keeps changing his body and attacks to match Luffy. He ranks fifth because the other four find even more unusual uses for their powers.
