The episode will be released at 9:00 pm Japanese Standard Time (JST) on the same date, which translates to 5:00 am PDT (via official website). It is also worth noting that the episodes broadcast on television the next day at midnight in Japan, in this case, on June 22, 2026, at 12:00 am JST.

The new spring 2026 anime series is exclusively available to watch on Amazon Prime Video globally. While U-NEXT also streams the anime series, it is streamed exclusively in Japan on the renowned streaming website.

In terms of Japanese television broadcasts, the options are more than a handful. Channels like Tokyo MX, BS Nippon Television, Aichi Television, Shizuoka Broadcast, Yomiuri Television, Hokkaido Broadcasting, and many more release the episodes in Japan from midnight the next day onwards (via the Nippon Sangoku website).

Nippon Sangoku Episode 11 – A Brief Recap

Episode 11 was what we can call the perfect “beginning of the end” – Kaku and Ryumon’s trust in Aoteru Misumi finally pays off as he explains why he didn’t want the Emperor to send reinforcements to Fukui and withdraw from the war. It was actually a clever ploy to drive Wajima and Seii’s army into a false sense of advantage so that they could trap them later, using the Shimazu Ambush tactics.

By the end of the episode, it seems that the plan has already started to work as Wajima and the other heads from the Seii army, watching the Yamato soldiers falling into retreat, started to charge inside the territories. This small but significant movement marks the beginning of the epic war that will be the main motive of the season finale, Episode 12.

What to Expect From Nippon Sangoku Episode 12?

With all we know so far, there is only one conclusion regarding the speculations of what Nippon Sangoku Episode 12 is going to be about – a final standoff between Seii and Yamato. Now the only thing remaining to see is who comes on top? On one hand, we have Ryumon’s Yamato army backed by Misumi’s masterful strategic thinking; on the other hand, we have Ohga Wajima, heavily driven by emotions and ruthlessness, leading the Seii army. Will Misumi’s trap work out, or will it backfire?
