Also among those let go were Mark Leach, the director of amateur scouting, and Dave Morrison, a senior adviser of player personnel.

The report, from TMU’s Centre for Urban Research and Land Development, says while a drop in international migration was a factor – it also brought Montreal and Vancouver far down the list – the big cause is that Toronto is bleeding residents to other parts of Canada.

WARMINGTON: From a hotel room complaint to e-bikes on Gardiner, cops get stupid calls
If there was a ticket for wasting police’s time to deal with dumb calls, these two would fit the bill perfectly. If you were wondering why your food order was late on Wednesday afternoon, it might be because your delivery driver was pulled over on his e-bike on the Gardiner Expressway. And a man called the 911 emergency line to complain about the comforts of his hotel room.
