Mistfall Hunter Class Tier List (June 2026)

Mistfall Hunter is an upcoming dark fantasy PvPvE extraction RPG, releasing on July 29, 2026. It aims to blend challenging monster encounters, high-stakes loot extraction, and intense player-versus-player combat. Set in the mysterious world of Weavereach, players take on the role of Gyldhunters venturing into dangerous zones filled with powerful enemies and rival treasure seekers.

Due to the environment and challenges, choosing the right class is one of the most important decisions in the game, as each archetype offers unique weapons, abilities, and combat mechanics. Whether you prefer devastating magic, stealth assassinations, frontline brawling, or supporting your team, this tier list ranks every playable class.

D Rank – Seer

The Seer is the game’s primary support class, offering healing, shielding, crowd control, and team utility. It wields either a Catalyst or a Mace, each supporting different combat roles.

Even though it is a support class at its core, Catalyst builds can divert its focus to offensive Psionic Energy attacks or supportive healing and shielding abilities. Mace users gain access to Zeal mechanics that enhance mobility, survivability, and sustained pressure.

While Seer is highly valuable in coordinated groups, its lower solo carry potential and reliance on team synergy place it at the bottom of the current beta rankings.

C Rank – Blackarrow

Blackarrow serves as Mistfall Hunter’s dedicated ranged marksman. Armed exclusively with a bow, the class offers two distinct archetypes: Archer and Hunter. The Archer archetype focuses on fully charged shots and Mysticfly Arrow detonations that deliver impressive burst damage.

Hunter builds specialize in applying debuffs and status effects, extending their duration through consistent attacks. While Blackarrow can be extremely effective in the right hands, it requires strong positioning and awareness to maximize its potential, making it slightly less impactful than the higher-ranked classes.

B Rank – Mercenary

The Mercenary is the most versatile frontline fighter available in the beta. With access to Sword & Shield and Hammer weapon branches, it offers multiple playstyles that suit both beginners and experienced players.

Sword-focused builds emphasize aggressive slashes and pursuit capabilities, while Shield builds reward perfect parries and defensive play. Hammer users can either focus on powerful charged attacks or specialize in stunning enemies through repeated strikes.

Although it lacks the overwhelming damage of Sorcerer or the mobility of Shadowstrix, the Mercenary remains one of the most reliable and forgiving classes in the game.

A Rank – Shadowstrix

Shadowstrix is the premier assassin class in Mistfall Hunter. Utilizing Daggers and Dual Blades, it excels at stealth, mobility, and burst damage. Players can choose between Burst-focused dagger builds that gain massive bonuses when breaking stealth or Shadow Veil builds that repeatedly disappear and re-engage during combat.

Dual Blade users can either stack wounds for explosive damage bursts or gradually increase damage through sustained attacks. In skilled hands, Shadowstrix can dictate engagements and eliminate key targets before opponents have a chance to react.

S Rank- Sorcerer

The Sorcerer stands at the top of the current meta thanks to its unmatched damage output and powerful crowd-control tools. Equipped with a staff, the class can specialize in either the Elemental or Stardust archetype.

The Elemental path revolves around Fire, Thunder, and Ice reactions that create devastating combos while controlling enemy movement. Meanwhile, the Stardust path focuses on massive burst damage, with Stardust Arcana allowing certain spells to bypass casting times entirely. This combination of high damage, area control, and team-fight impact makes the Sorcerer the strongest overall class in the current beta.

NOTE: Withered Knight is currently available during the Steam Fest, but it is not included in the tier list. The class wields a Greatsword and revolves around the unique Wither mechanic.
