Megan Fox has caught attention on X as a fan posts her “evolution.” The 40-year-old actress, who is booked and busy with confirmation that she will star in Jennifer’s Body 2, sizzled in lingerie in the very first part of a video documenting her changing appearance over the years, with the footage coming from her This Is 40 movie. Flaunting her 2000s curves in a scene where a female was seen cupping her bra-clad chest, Megan flashed her figure while wearing low-rise pants, impressing fans with her abs while displaying her famous cleavage. The mom of four, who welcomed daughter Saga Blade in March 2025, earned plenty of comments, including one from a cheeky fan mentioning her “puppies.”

Scroll for the video, taken from her 2007 movie. Stripped down to only a plunging lacy bra and animal-print sweatpants, Megan highlighted her enhanced assets and firm abs, with a female seen checking her bra for size.

Fans, who were treated to the Transformers star’s curves, also got a view of her taut muscles, with further moments in the video showing her shot close up while demonstrating fuller lips and a different nose.

Megan, who has admitted to having had a nose job, showed off a fuller face in some moments, with the footage taking fans to 2024, when she was 38 years old. The ex to Machine Gun Kelly, who shares her fourth child with the rapper, was referred to as having undergone an “evolution” in a caption, with the footage now sitting at 3.5 million views.

The response was definitely mixed. “Megan Fox didn’t evolve. She got carved, injected, and dyed until the original version became a memory. Hollywood calls it “glow up.” The rest of us call it expensive regret with good lighting,” one user replied.

Another said: “She has always been sexy and hot from day 1.” A third bypassed the “evolution” mention entirely, referencing only the actress’ “puppies.” Megan has admitted to a string of cosmetic surgery procedures, including a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, plus Botox, fillers, and a procedure she’s said she won’t elaborate on. She also isn’t alone when it comes to being a Hollywood face who’s been under the knife.

• Mogul Kylie Jenner has spilled the deets on her surgeon after her boob job.
• TV star Kaley Cuoco has flaunted her implants in a skimpy bikini in Mexico.
• Sitcom star Ariel Winter has undergone a breast reduction.
• And jewelry designer Kristin Cavallari has admitted that her chest isn’t real.

Megan revealed size 32D implants, including a third breast surgery due to her implants “ripping.”
