SCARY SCOOTERS

The so called e-scooter blitz may be over, but nothing has changed in our neighbourhood, with kids under 16 sometimes riding double, and not a helmet in sight, riding on the roads and sidewalks. Didn’t see a police car, or enforcement of any kind the entire two weeks. In fact, on Sunday, a young girl on our street lost control while riding double with her sister and ended up being taken to hospital for stitches to her head. They claim 324 tickets were issued. I’ll bet none in Scarborough.

HEGSETH THE CLOWN

As Robin Williams asked in the movie Good Morning, Vietnam,”what’s the difference between the Boy Scouts of America and the U.S. Army? The U.S. Army has heavy artillery!” Pete Hegseth never served in anything other than the National Guard. A fine organization, but it certainly doesn’t qualify him for anything other than jumping on Donald Trump’s bandwagon. I think Trump is a clown, but Hegseth is a blue-ribbon idiot.

ANGER IS OBVIOUS

Donald Trump is looking out for his country. We have a PM who allegedly has 32 conflicts of interest with his Brookfield Asset Management and other firms. I can’t believe that the Fiberal voters can’t see that 96% of their investments are in the US. The more Canada fails with Trump, the better for this company. He moved their head office to the U.S. The federal government spent $63 billion on our Canadian military and the U.S. spent over a trillion. The Canadian military consists of 68,473 and the U.S. is 1.35 million. The U.S. population is approximately eight times that of Canada. Why is the U.S. angry with us? Duh!
