Hulk Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, and her son, Hayden Hitt, are facing two lawsuits over a party where a minor alleges she was sexually assaulted and another woman claims she was physically attacked. Both complaints accuse Daily of supplying alcohol despite knowing underage guests would attend the March 28 gathering. The filings also contain allegations that potential evidence was discarded and that one plaintiff was forced out of the home after calling police.
Sky Daily Accused Of Supplying Alcohol For Son’s Party
According to lawsuits obtained by TMZ, Daily, whose full name is Melanie Sky Daily Bollea, allegedly provided alcohol for the party hosted by Hitt. The complaints allege Daily was attending a Real American Wrestling event while the gathering took place. They further claim she had previously been told not to bring minors to that event because she had given them alcohol in the past.
The two plaintiffs describe different alleged incidents connected to the party.
Minor Claims Hitt Promoted Her As A Sexual Target
A plaintiff identified as Jane B. Doe alleges that Hitt advertised the party in a group chat where he referred to her as “Free P-ssy.” She further claims he held an “auction” in his kitchen, offering her up for sex while she was incapacitated.
According to her complaint, a minor identified as John B. Doe gave her a Four Loko. She alleges that she began losing consciousness after taking one sip. Jane B. Doe accuses John B. Doe of sexually assaulting her for “several hours” while Hitt guarded the door. She says she suffered physical injuries from the alleged attack.
Her complaint names the alleged attacker, his parents, Daily, and Hitt as defendants under different claims.
- As suspicion surrounding Hulk Hogan’s death grew, his widow considered filing a lawsuit.
- Sky Daily said her “heart is in pieces” while reacting to husband Hulk Hogan’s “sudden” death.
- Hulk Hogan opened up about seven months of sobriety, saying it was “much better to be clear-headed.”
Daily Accused Of Throwing Away Potential Evidence
Jane B. Doe alleges that she managed to retain one used condom to preserve for DNA testing. However, she claims Daily disposed of two other condoms and blood-stained sheets following the alleged assault. The accusation places Daily’s alleged actions after the incident under scrutiny alongside the claim that she supplied alcohol before it.
Jane B. Doe is suing Daily and Hitt for negligence. She is also suing John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, while accusing his parents of failing to supervise him properly.
Second Woman Alleges Hitt Repeatedly Became Violent
CanvaIn a separate lawsuit, another plaintiff identified as Jane Doe says she had been living with Daily and Hitt. She alleges that Hitt repeatedly became physically violent with her and that Daily would encourage her to forgive him.
Her complaint describes another alleged confrontation during the March 28 party. According to a screenshot included in the filing, Jane Doe texted Daily to report that Hitt had “shoved me all the way from the door into the clothes rack and I fell.”
Daily allegedly replied, “I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense always wait till the morning.”
The plaintiff presents the exchange as part of her account of seeking help from Daily after Hitt allegedly hurt her.
Plaintiff Says Calling Police Led To Her Removal From The Home
CanvaJane Doe alleges that she called police following the confrontation, prompting an immediate response from Daily. According to the complaint, Daily evicted her and threw her belongings into the front yard.
The plaintiff further claims Hitt contacted her the next day, asking her to delete messages and refrain from pressing charges. She says she attempted to pursue charges anyway but alleges that the Clearwater Police Department quickly closed the case because of Daily’s standing within the Church of Scientology.
Daily And Hitt Face Separate Claims In The Two Complaints
The second Jane Doe is suing Hitt for battery and both Hitt and Daily for emotional distress. Her lawsuit also brings a civil claim against Daily related to alleged criminal practices, according to the report.
Although the complaints overlap in their accounts of the March 28 gathering, they concern separate plaintiffs and different alleged conduct.
Neither the filing of the lawsuits nor the accusations within them establish liability. The supplied report does not identify a court ruling on the claims or confirm whether criminal charges resulted from the alleged incidents.
