Before you look for Fine Wood, first, you need to craft the Logging Sickle at a Workbench in Witchspire. You can craft it using 1x Wood, 5x Stone, and 5x Spirit Dust. Once you have the Logging Sickle in your possession, you need to look for large oak trees and harvest Fine Wood with it. Search for trees with massive trunks and then harvest them.

You can find an oak tree located south of the first abandoned Hearth in the beginner region of Vyrs. Approach the tree with the large trunk and use your Logging Sickle on it to harvest Fine Wood. Now that you’ve acquired the resource, you can craft the Simple Broom using 3x Fine Wood and 5x Spirit Dust. It’s worth noting that before you craft your first Broom, you must upgrade your Hearth to Level 4, then unlock the Witchcraft Circle. With flight now unlocked, head to the skies in the starting region, and you’ll be able to eyeball multiple oak trees with thick trunks.
