The new Blood Hunt PvE mode in Marvel Rivals features Dracula as the final boss (not counting the hidden Kingpin fight), and he’s one tough nut to crack. Not only can he damage your team to heal himself, but to make matters worse, his health fully restores when he reaches the fourth and final phase of the fight. The strategy is to maintain your distance with a ranged character and survive the first three phases by staying mobile.
Unleash everything you have on the Vampire King during the fourth phase to save New York City once and for all. With that said, here’s everything you’ll need to defeat Dracula in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt mode.

Moon Knight is the best hero to bring against Dracula. Dealing devastating damage from a distance and staying mobile is the key to defeating the Vampire King, and no one does it better than the Fist of Khonshu himself. Squirrel Girl is another terrific ranged option, but with an Ankh-focused build, Moon Knight reigns supreme.
As for his Traits, invest heavily into the blue Ability Trait tree on the right (Phases of the Moon) to increase the number of Ankhs that you can throw and have during a battle. Don’t forget to assign Points in the General Trait tree to make him strong enough before you begin creating a build for beating Dracula in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt mode.
With the blue tree Traits, Ankhs can attach to bosses, and your Crescent Darts/Moonblades bounce more between Ankhs, amplifying damage dealt to enemies and bosses, including Dracula. This allows Moon Knight to flood the battlefield with Ankhs, ensuring that not even Dracula runs out of range.
When it comes to his Gear, equip pieces that complement the blue Ability Trait tree, increasing your Crescent Darts/Moonblade’s effectiveness against targets, and enhancing your Ankhs. Here are some of the best Gear available for Moon Knight:
| SLOT | GEAR | EFFECTS |
| Weapon | Scepter of Rites | – Crescent Dart base damage +X – Moonblade base damage +X |
| Armor | Runic Armor | – Health +X – Armor Value +X |
| Accessory | Alchemy Amulet | – Critical Hit Rate +X% – Block Rate +X% |
| Exclusive | Pendant of Oshtur | – Ankh Charges and maximum on-field count +X – Ankh health +X, and gain 50% damage reduction; holding the ability key recalls an Ankh and restores a charge |
Use Gear with useful Extended Effects such as Bonus Damage against bosses, Critical Hit Rate, Precision Hit Rate, Total Damage Bonus, and Total Output Boost for the best results against Dracula. With an Ankh-focused build, Moon Knight can easily maintain a healthy distance and use his Darts to deal damage.
While his Arcana Realm takes a backseat, maxing out the Scroll of Immortality and the Scroll of Conquest will only improve your offensive and defensive capabilities.
Tips to Survive Every Dracula Phase in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt
Defeating Dracula requires patience and a long distance! | Credits: NetEase GamesAs we mentioned earlier, Dracula has four Phases in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt. The key is to survive through the first three Phases and go all-out during the final one. So, here are some tips to survive all Dracula Phases in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt:
- Phase 1: During the first Phase, Dracula can damage you to increase your Blood Sacrifice level. Don’t let that happen, as the higher your Blood Sacrifice level is, the more he’ll heal by damaging you and your team. Keep your distance, dodge his attacks, and whenever he pulls you towards him, use Moon Knight’s jump and gliding ability to avoid the incoming AoE attack. Your mission in this Phase is to survive instead of dealing damage.
- Phase 2: Dracula summons Blood Tornadoes and floating Swords to make things worse, so the strategy remains the same. Dodge his attacks, and avoid getting hit; otherwise, your Blood Sacrifice level will skyrocket, allowing him to heal even more. Always stay mobile and focus on defeating the hordes of vampires.
- Phase 3: During the penultimate Phase, the map will be filled with Swords and vampires, and your objective is survival. Utilize Moon Knight’s Ankhs and Crescent Darts/Moonblades to take out the hordes and break the Swords. Create a healthy distance and avoid getting too close to Dracula in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt.
- Phase 4: The final Phase is where things get incredibly intense. Dracula summons two Crystals near his throne, fully restoring his health. Break the Crystals as quickly as possible to trigger the sunlight zone. If you enter this area, you receive a massive damage boost, and if you can get Dracula to step inside the sunlight zone, he’ll be vulnerable, and you can easily take him down as he gets stunned.
It’s worth noting that once the 3-minute timer above Dracula’s health bar runs out, his attacks will begin killing you in one shot. So, focus on the timer; if it runs out, don’t panic and keep throwing Ankhs and Crescent Darts at him from a distance, assuming you’re fighting him with Moon Knight.
Save your revives for the final Phase of this boss fight, and if you’re killed, revive and repeat the strategies mentioned above. Surviving till the last Phase with your whole team standing is the recipe for victory, so fight accordingly, and do not waste your revives in the earlier Phases in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt.
Mistakes to Avoid While Fighting Dracula in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt
Avoid close combat encounters with Dracula! | Credits: NetEase GamesOne of the biggest mistakes that you can make while fighting Dracula in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt is rushing in and letting him siphon your health by dealing damage to you and your team. Again, damaging Dracula is not the priority during the early Phases of this boss fight, and it only becomes one after Phase 4 begins, so don’t panic and avoid the following mistakes:
- Stop trying to kill Dracula during Phases 1, 2, and 3. His health is back to full once the final Phase begins, so focusing on anything other than survival is fruitless.
- When Dracula summons the Crystals near his throne, don’t focus on him; instead, focus on breaking the Crystals immediately to activate the sunlight zone. If you don’t break the Crystals, you’re wasting your skills, and the fight becomes impossible to win.
- Rushing in during any of the Phases will result in a guaranteed loss, thanks to uselessly wasting your revives in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt. Fighting Dracula with a melee-focused character or build ensures that he siphons your health as efficiently as possible, so a ranged Hero like Moon Knight or Squirrel Girl is the way to go.
Avoid this mistake like Dracula’s Swords, and you’ll be able to defeat him long before the battle timer runs out in Marvel Rivals Blood Hunt.
Are melee-focused Heroes recommended against Dracula?
