Actress Florence Pugh has always been quite outspoken about her thoughts and opinions. Evident from the scenario where she didn’t even think twice before shielding her then-boyfriend, Zach Braff, from the scrutiny of the media and the public. In the same manner, she didn’t hide her love for kids and her wish to have some of her own in the future.

This revelation comes just after her recently released We Live in Time, alongside Andrew Garfield. In the movie, she plays a mother, perfectly mirroring what she now wants in her real life. In a new interview with Vogue for their October issue, the actress detailed the same and added:

I was at the right age for this movie to land. I was going through a lot of weird stuff with relationships last year and I think part of the story is to not be passive, is not to let things wash over you. I want to go and find love and I want to have babies.

Oh, I’ve always been thinking about starting a family. I’ve wanted to have kids since I was a child myself. I love the idea of a big family. I come from a big family. I love kids. I love hanging out with kids. If ever there’s a dinner party, I go straight to the kids to chat to them. So much easier. I love the honesty.

The actress was born in Oxford and has three other siblings. Her mother was a dancer, and her father owned several restaurants and bars in the area. Pugh also added that her siblings helped out her father in his restaurant.

But she always gravitated towards performing, which was also evident by her average performance in school. Interestingly, in the same interview, she also detailed a little bit about her new rumored boyfriend.

While Florence Pugh’s acting chops are known to many, she likes to keep her personal life as far away from the media as possible. The starlet has stated on many occasions that she wants to focus on her career at the moment. But the hawk eyes of the media were quick to spot her holding hands with actor-director Zach Braff in 2019.

This relationship of hers was heavily criticized, given that Braff was 20 years her senior. But despite this, the duo dated for three years, eventually calling it quits in 2022. After this, the actress was linked with her Midsommar co-star Will Poulter when the two were spotted hanging out with a couple of friends in Ibiza. However, Pugh quickly denied these headlines as baseless rumors.

Towards the end of 2022, she was spotted holding hands and hugging photographer Charlie Gooch. But the pair never confirmed their relationship. However, it seems like the actress has moved on to a new man. She shared little details about the same in the Vogue interview. Pugh added:

We are figuring what we actually are. And I think for the first time, I’m not allowing myself to go on a roller-coaster. I’m allowing myself to take time to let something evolve and let it be completely real to its core, as opposed to racing into that.

The Sun reported that the actress has been getting close to actor Finn Cole after crossing paths with him during the after-party of The Perfect Couple. The actor is quite known in the movie business, given his involvement in projects like Peaky Blinders and Animal Kingdom.

Neither of them has confirmed these rumors, but Pugh’s comments have surely kept fans on the edge of their seats.
