With Goku, Vegeta, and Broly away from Earth and training, the Red Ribbon Army makes its move. The movie focuses on Gohan and Piccolo defending Earth from the reformed Red Ribbon Army, led by Magenta and Dr. Hedo. Additionally, Dr. Hedo created two new androids – Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 – and the monstrous Cell Max.

This is also the movie where we get to see Gohan’s new form, Gohan Beast, to stop the threat. As Pan, Gohan’s daughter, gets kidnapped by the Red Ribbon Army, he retaliates and fights the monstrous Cell, Max. This is when his awakening happens, and he achieves the “Beast” form.

Well, Gohan is not the only one who takes a step up in the narrative with his Gohan Beast form, as the movie also focuses on Piccolo. Piccolo gets indirectly kidnapped into a fight with Gamma 2, allowing him to infiltrate the Red Ribbon base, discover the threat, and unlock a new form – Orange Piccolo.
