P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, or simply Diddy has been at the center of one of the biggest scandals ever since people shed a spotlight on his activities and brought him to face the world.

One artist from the rapper’s group called Da Band shared a terrible memory that he recalled back from the olden days.

Well, browsing through P Diddy’s history, it seems that the American rapper was involved in a number of court cases, settlements, and a gist of violent temper. However, it was the s*x trafficking scandal that brought the rapper to his knees.

The rapper even threatened members of his own band when one of them made a quirky comment about Puff Daddy.
In a recent interview on The Art of Dialogue, former Da Band (which was Diddy’s band) member Chopper talked about an unfortunate incident that he recalled which involved the rapper and Freddy P.
We was in Daddy’s house and Freddy said something slick to Diddy and Diddy felt the way and he was like ‘Turn the cameras off’. He’d told MTV to turn the cameras off and walk out the room.
He further continued,
He told Fred ‘I’ll buy your whole block. Move everybody out the neighborhood and every time you walk outside somebody will be shooting at you’. Diddy threatened his life. Told me he was gonna kill him. Oh, he was dead serious. Diddy was dead serious.
Freddy P, who joined Da Band in 2002 soon chose to leave the group and in 2004, he decided to leave the band. Things got quiet between the two and eventually, Da Band was dissolved.
Things stayed calm until the Puff Daddy s*x scandal that has shaken the world to its core. Although people are trying to understand the situation and help victims of the scandal, a Hollywood actress already decided to make a joke about the situation.
The one where Nikki Glaser made a Diddy joke
The world recently saw shows and movies getting the recognition they deserve at the 2025 Golden Globes. The live event was hosted by American actress and comedian Nikki Glaser.

The joke was made on Zendaya’s performance in Dune: Part Two and Glasser later talked about her film Challengers. The host decided to go further.
Zendaya, you were incredible in Dune. I woke up for all of your scenes. And Challengers? That was more s*xually charged than Diddy’s credit card.
She further continued,
The after party is not going to be as good this year, but we have to move on. I know ‘Stanley Tucci Freak Off’ doesn’t have the same ring to it.
Although Glasser didn’t receive a heavy backlash for her joke, people weren’t too appreciative of the joke and the sensitive nature of it. At the moment of writing, P. Diddy is behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
The American rapper is currently awaiting trial and has been denied bale a total of three times. Suffice it to say that Diddy’s trial will be one of the most controversial trials of all time.
