During a podcast via People, David Harbour shared that the cast of Stranger Things had a very emotional table read for the series finale. He revealed that many cast members, including Noah Schnapp, were “uncontrollably crying” as they read through the last episode. The fifth and final season of the show is expected to come out in 2025, but Netflix has not announced a specific date yet.

This last season will include eight episodes that aim to wrap up the beloved story. Harbour, who plays Jim Hopper, said, “They land the plane,” meaning the finale will give a satisfying conclusion to the series.

He explained how the ending affected the cast emotionally. And that the younger cast members, who started filming the show when they were 11 to 14 years old, have grown up on set and are now in their early 20s. He also expressed mixed feelings about the show’s ending. In a past interview via Discussing Film, he said:

What’s funny is when I started the show, I never ever wanted it to end.” However, after nearly nine years, he feels it’s time to move on. “There’s a sadness there. But also, we’ve all grown up

Noting that it’s time for everyone to try new things. Fans are excited to see how the series will conclude after such a long journey.

Noah Schnapp Kicked Out From NYC Club for Excessive Drinking

Noah Schnapp, the 20-year-old (at the time of the incident he was 19) star of Stranger Things, got kicked out of a nightclub in New York City in June of this year. According to a source for Page Six, he had a wild night at The Palace and tried to get other guests especially those with bottle service to take tequila shots with him.

However, when some people refused to drink with him because he was underage, Schnapp allegedly became angry. He got so “aggressively wasted” that security had to escort him out. After being kicked out, he sat on the curb and appeared unable to stand.

Schnapp didn’t post any highlights from his night on social media, but Page Six obtained footage of him looking drunk while sitting on a couch in the club with his arm around a friend. In another video, he helped a friend sit down while a girl danced nearby.

The actor has been involved in other controversies in the past. In 2022, singer Doja Cat criticized him for sharing private messages where she asked him to set her up with his co-star, Joseph Quinn.
