Yuriel even offers Boelate a two-year non-aggression pact in exchange for Drel’s laboratory, documents, and magical research. That shows just how valuable this knowledge has become.

The episode also reveals that magic comes from an ancient civilization that existed long before the current kingdoms. Since Drel managed to uncover part of that forgotten knowledge, Solsein Academy becomes the perfect place to continue the search. The ending makes one thing clear – With Solsein being located within the Boelate Divine School, the campus has quickly transformed into a geopolitical nest of spies. Envoys from multiple rival nations are arriving under the pretext of academic exchange, but their true mission is tracking down General Drel’s hidden laboratory – often referred to as the “secret room.” All in all, the war between kingdoms may have slowed down, but the race to uncover the secrets of ancient magic has only just begun.
