What to Expect From ARC Raiders’ Riven Tides Update?

There’s plenty to look forward to in Riven Tides, the biggest update yet for ARC Raiders. Thanks to the Escalation Roadmap, we know that the upcoming update will add a new map, a new large ARC enemy, a new Map Condition, and open the Expedition Window for the third Expedition Project.

While the information about the new map is scarce, the teaser shared on X by the official ARC Raiders account and the Riven Tides: Scout Report confirms the following Points of Interest:

• Exodus Hotel
• Beachfront / Bar
• Pool
• Customs House
• Stacking Yard
• Harbour
• Sea Wall

The new large ARC enemy is heavily speculated to be either the Bishop or the mysterious aerial ships introduced in the game’s Shrouded Sky update. However, neither enemy has been confirmed for the upcoming Riven Tides update.

ARC Raiders is also introducing changes to the third Expedition Project requirements when the Window opens with the Riven Tides update. Players will no longer earn additional Skill Points based on stash value (player wealth). Instead, bonus Skill Points will now be awarded based on the amount of damage dealt to both Raiders and ARCs. Here’s the amount of damage you need to deal to earn all 5 Skill Points:

• 1 Skill Point: 5,000 Damage
• 2 Skill Points: 10,000 Damage
• 3 Skill Points: 30,000 Damage
• 4 Skill Points: 50,000 Damage
• 5 Skill Points: 100,000 Damage

Additionally, the Expedition Window has been extended until May 11, so players have ample time to obtain all the materials required to progress through all the Expedition stages. You can also expect new cosmetics, quests, and QoL changes from this update.
