Pragmata features multiple easter eggs from Capcom’s previous well-known titles, including references to franchises such as Resident Evil and Devil May Cry. All the easter eggs can be found while progressing through all the Sectors in the game, so with that said, here are all the easter eggs in Pragmata and how you can easily find them.

One of the best easter eggs in Pragmata is a reference to none other than two of Capcom’s greatest series: Resident Evil and Devil May Cry. While progressing through the second sector, Mass Production Array, you’ll come across a cafe with a Red Gate Key in the Shopping District, past the first Red Zone.
As you enter the cafe, you’ll notice a movie poster on the wall with the title “Resident Devil III”, which is undeniably a reference to both Resident Evil and Devil May Cry. The poster doesn’t feature any iconography from those games, but it’s still fun to see the developers add easter eggs to Capcom’s previous titles.
2 Mega Man Easter Egg
Mega Man, is that you? | Credits: Video Game News via YouTubeAfter seeing Diana’s design, players began theorising that Pragmata was secretly a Mega Man game, but producer Naoto Oyama quickly debunked the theory in an interview with VGC. While Mega Man doesn’t physically appear in-game, Capcom didn’t shy away from adding a hidden nod to the popular character.
To find this easter egg, all you need to do is unlock Cabin in the Shelter and wait for some time. Cabin will randomly begin playing an animation of Hugh dropping down and running in pixelated Mega Man-like visuals, and the animation even features sounds from the classic games.
3 Ghouls ‘n Ghosts Easter Egg
Capcom’s 1988 hit returns in Pragmata! | Credits: CapcomGhouls ‘n Ghosts was an arcade game developed and published by Capcom in 1988, which was a sequel to Ghosts ‘n Goblins. While Capcom rebooted this arcade IP in 2021 with Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrections, the developers added an easter egg to the 1988 hit in Pragmata in the form of a poster.
As you progress through the game’s Shopping District area in Sector 2, Mass Production Array, you’ll notice a massive poster of a movie titled “Ghouls ‘n Ghosts” on one of the buildings in the Times Square-like area, undoubtedly referencing Capcom’s classic 1988 arcade platformer.
4 Main Menu Cabin Easter Egg
Cabin hilariously interrupts a chill session! | Credits: Axiom via YouTubeThe title screen of Pragmata features a hilarious easter egg with one of the game’s side characters, Cabin, who interrupts Hugh and Diana’s rest session. If you’re idle on the game’s title screen for exactly 3 minutes and 40 seconds, Cabin will suddenly appear, look at the camera, smile while spreading its arms out, and then leave.
It’s a wholesome easter egg that fits Pragmata’s tone perfectly. Granted, it’s not a nod or a reference to Capcom’s previous IPs, but it’s still a sweet gesture from the robot itself.
5 Albert Wesker Easter Egg
Wesker didn’t have 7 minutes to spare and appear physically! | Credits: MKIceAndFire via YouTubeAlbert Wesker from Resident Evil is perhaps one of Capcom’s most iconic characters, and the developers managed to sneak in a cheeky nod to him in Pragmata. In Sector 2, the Mass Production Array, when Hugh and Diana enter the Times Square-like area to contact Earth from the Comms Tower, you’ll notice an “Earth: Hidden Gems You Won’t Want to Miss” billboard on the left.
Now, the billboard itself isn’t that special, but if you look at the bottom, you’ll see the words “A Wesker Production. com”, referencing Albert Wesker from Resident Evil. He’s one of the series’ biggest antagonists, so an easter egg dedicated to him is welcome.
6 Umbrella Corporation Easter Egg
The Umbrella looks quite suspicious! | Credits: Hoxi via YouTubeUmbrella Corporation is the company responsible for all the nightmarish outbreaks in Resident Evil, and Capcom cleverly incorporated an easter egg to the big bad of the survival horror series in Pragmata. Inside the Shelter, Diana comments on a large umbrella near the beach-like area during her interactions.
Now, if you notice the umbrella itself, it suspiciously resembles the logo of none other than Umbrella Corporation from Resident Evil. This is further reinforced by the umbrella’s white-and-orange colour scheme, similar to the Umbrella Corporation’s red-and-white logo.
