All 3 Final Villains of One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach Ranked Weakest to Strongest

One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach are the “Big Three” of shonen anime for a reason. They ran for years, built massive fanbases, and each ended (or is ending) with a final villain built up to be an absolute monster. But not every final boss is created equal in these anime.

Some are terrifying according to the lore, but we haven’t seen much of them. Others break the rules of their own universe so hard that beating them barely makes sense. So how do Imu, Yhwach, and Kaguya Otsutsuki actually compare against each other? Let’s rank them from the one we know the least about to the one that might be unbeatable.

3 We Have Not Seen Much of Imu Yet

Imu is the final villain in One Piece (IMDb rating as of August 26, 2026: 9.0/10), and honestly, the anime has built a lot of mystery around him. Furthermore, it is only in the manga that we are finally seeing him in combat (where he stabbed Luffy not just once, but twice).

We know Imu sits on the Empty Throne, controls the Five Elders, and has access to Ancient Weapons. That alone makes Imu terrifying. He is like a villain who has won and is trying to keep that status. But here’s the problem: we cannot really pinpoint his abilities. Imu could absolutely be the strongest of the three once everything is revealed, but right now, there’s just not enough proof, which makes him rank last.

2 Kaguya Otsutsuki Was a Flying Nightmare

Kaguya Otsutsuki takes the second spot, and for a good reason. She’s the origin of chakra itself in Naruto (IMDb rating as of August 26, 2026: 8.4/10), meaning every jutsu, every bloodline limit, everything the entire ninja world runs on traces back to her. She is also considered one of the strongest gods in anime.

However, Kaguya still has a real weakness: she was sealed away for a long time before her return, and that gap left her out of touch with how the shinobi world had grown since then. Naruto and Sasuke exploited this, using the combined power of their bond, something Kaguya never accounts for, to finally seal her away. She’s really overwhelming, but you will see in a moment why she can’t even touch Yhwach, let alone beat him.

1 Yhwach Is the Strongest of Them All

Yhwach, the final villain of Bleach Thousand Year Blood War (IMDb rating as of August 26, 2026: 9.0/10), is a massive step up because we have seen everything that he is capable of in the manga. His ability, The Almighty, lets him see the future and alter it. In other words, he can alter the future where he has “died.”

He doesn’t even need raw destructive power because he can simply make sure that the future where Kaguya even touches him never happens. Yhwach ranks number one because his power actively rewrites what “winning against him” even means. It took the combined effort of Ichigo, Uryu, and Aizen himself to finally defeat him. And to be honest, arguably, all of them are also stronger than Kaguya by themselves.
