30 Years Later, Sharon Stone’s 10/10 Crime Thriller Is Officially Free to Stream on Tubi

Sharon Stone has played plenty of iconic roles, but none hit as hard as Ginger McKenna in Martin Scorsese’s Casino. As a sharp, glamorous hustler who marries into a world she can’t control, Stone delivered the performance of her career, winning a Golden Globe and earning her only Oscar nomination.

Three decades later, this crime epic is still pulling in viewers, and it is now climbing Tubi’s streaming charts, where viewers can watch it for free. In the movie, Stone is joined by Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, James Woods, Don Rickles, Kevin Pollak, and Frank Vincent, making it one of the most stacked casts of the ’90s.

Casino is currently the No. 2 title on Tubi in the U.S. as of September 21, 2026, according to FlixPatrol. It sits below Paul Bettany’s 2010 thriller, Legion, and above Robert De Niro’s other ’90s movie, Sleepers. The list also has movies like The Mummy, The Guardian, and Moonfall.

This is not a sudden spike on the streaming charts. The movie has been free to stream on Tubi for a while now and keeps showing up near the top of the charts. Its brief stay on Netflix, which ended on June 1, 2026, also left plenty of fans looking for a new place to watch it, and a free option is hard to beat.

However, the biggest reason is the Scorsese factor. His name alone is enough to make viewers hit play, and Casino is one of his most rewatchable films. It also helps that this three-hour movie never feels long. People put it on for a few minutes and end up watching till the end.

One smart choice is the storytelling. The film is narrated by both Ace and Nicky, each defending their own actions and blaming others. However, Ginger never gets a voice of her own, which makes her the most unpredictable person in the story and makes Sharon Stone’s performance even more gripping.

Scorsese also pushes his style to the limit here. The camera constantly glides through casino floors and counting rooms, showing how the money flows behind the scenes.

At its heart, Casino plays like a tragedy. Ace is a genius at running a casino but blind when it comes to love and loyalty, and that flaw costs him everything. The movie remains Scorsese’s most epic look at greed and the American Dream.
