The method involves installing an unlimited-stamina mod (like this one on Nexus Mods) and spamming Kliff’s Aerial Stab ability, which propels him upward with each use. It is important to note that under normal gameplay conditions, your stamina bar would prevent you from chaining more than just a couple of these moves together, with mods removing these limiters.

Keep in mind that it is not a short journey, and it could take hours to reach a significant height of around 100,000 meters in the sky if you wish to take it.
