The story is a mix of action and slice of life in the academy, as Alus tries to adjust to his new life while hiding his identity and strength.

A small teaser was released alongside the initial announcement for the anime. In this teaser, we primarily got the character design reveal for the fiends and the protagonist. We see the protagonist calmly slaying many fiends. We can also see Loki Leevahl, one of the primary female characters in the anime, casting a magic spell.
