8 Franken Dessucy — The Voracious Witch

Franken is listed among the Mantinel Witches Association’s titled witches. However, the manga is yet to reveal her true potential. For now, Ichi remains at No. 3 because he lacks their experience and decades of magical knowledge. However, among all the witches currently active, he possesses the highest ceiling.

2 Moneygold — The Aureate Witch

Moneygold is the ranking’s perfect reminder that authority can be a weapon. Her abilities include strategic judgment, including her role in directing the raid against Uroro. As President of the Mantinel Witches Association, she can issue orders to witches and even block them from taking certain actions. That is why she sits above witches who may have flashier combat kits but less institutional reach. Moneygold is the one who can move the whole army before the fight even starts.
