While she garnered international fame for her role, Vergara ventured into other territories, including a clothing line called ‘Sofia by Sofía Vergara’. On the brink of the show’s end, Vergara mentioned how she saw her role as Gloria and its legacy to Dujour,

I know that the odds of me finding another Modern Family are going to be very small so I think it’s better for me to focus on doing more movies when I’m done. Now there are more options on TV because there’s Netflix, HBO, and all of that miniseries stuff. But I’m kind of happy that I worked very hard throughout these nine years so financially I [don’t have to] go crazy after it’s done.

The actress also acknowledged that it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an actor to be a part of something like Modern Family where all of the stars had great chemistry with each other and sailed through ten seasons.

This is the greatest role of my life. I know that I will never have another role as good as Walter White.
