The Black Widow actress, 39, made headlines for her undies-inspired dress, but also for debuting another tattoo as she chose a gown with a low back. "I like Scarlett but this is a fashion fail - dress, hair & terrible makeup," one fan said. "I don't like her tattoo but i think it looks more cohesive than the many little ones all over the arms, which make no sense and look just like doodles," another wrote, with many more comments coming in about the body ink.
