According to Paramount, Cupertino follows Michael Price, a Silicon Valley lawyer who thinks his job is stable. Things take a turn when he is pushed out of his tech-startup employer after being cheated out of his stock options. Price decides not to walk away silently; instead, he joins forces with Olivia Siffre, his colleague who was also wrongfully fired. Together, they set a clear goal to build their own firm that will cater to those exploited by the tech elite. “It’s a David-vs.-Goliath battle set in Silicon Valley, pitting corporate power against workplace justice,” Paramount‘s description reads.

Cupertino was created by the husband-and-wife duo Robert and Michelle King, who previously created CBS’ Elsbeth and Paramount+ original Evil. Liz Glotzer and Sam Hoffman have joined them as executive producers.
