Its main cast includes several high-profile names, but out of the lot, Kyle Richards has been making headlines in recent times. This was because of the drastic change fans noticed about her.

Interestingly, in January of this year, Richards posted an image of herself on Instagram. In this, she was seen working out in the gym, and the photo showcased a very toned and lean physique.

This caught the attention of fans, who quickly questioned Richards on how she achieved such rock-hard abs, with one user even pointing out if she’s been using the weight-loss drug Ozempic.

The said drug is used by many celebrities in Hollywood and is said to cause weight loss much faster. However, Richards denied these claims and added, via People, that all of this was possible only because of the gym and following a diet. She added:

NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruit and vegetables,” Richards wrote. “Now that I am the weight I want to be, I will have the occasional small amount of pasta etc once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15. I workout every day. Chasing it up between running, cycling, hiking and yoga. Weights & stomach everyday.

While fans had their questions, another Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress also thought Richards was using Ozempic. The actress was none other than Melissa Gorga, who had a close relationship with Richards until they had a fallout later when she appeared on the SiriusXM show Jeff Lewis Live via US Weekly.

It was here that she added her two cents on Richard’s changed figure. She said, “I’m not gonna lie; when I first saw her, I was like, ‘Ooh, she’s taking that stuff.”

But as soon as Richards clarified the same, she detailed in a now-deleted Instagram story that her statements were taken out of context, and further, she had not even mentioned Ozempic in the interview.

Kyle Richards and real estate agent and businessman Mauricio Umansky had a long 27-year relationship before they called it quits in 2023.
