One Captain America 4 Scene That Came 2 Days Before Donald Trump Assassination Attempt Lowkey Predicted it

While franchises such as The Simpsons have often been accused of predicting real-life events, something similar happening with respect to the MCU is more unlikely, due to obvious reasons.

And yet, the unthinkable may have happened, with respect to Captain America 4, set for a release in February 2025. Brave New World stars none other than Harrison Ford as Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross, set to transform into Red Hulk in the movie. However, according to the trailer, before the transformation occurs, Ross finds himself at the wrong end of an assassination attempt.

The scene is eerily similar to the assassination attempt on former US President and current candidate Donald Trump, who some might argue, responded in a more fearless manner than Thaddeus Ross, in the trailer.

It is not everyday that an MCU scene ends up coming to life in the real world. The franchise, dealing with superheroes, magic, and more, is bound to exist in a more exclusive realm, and such intersections with real life are as rare as blue-eyed unicorns.

However, the latest Brave New World trailer shares an uncanny resemblance with the actual assassination attempt on Donald Trump. Thaddeus Ross, protected by a glass cabinet, can be seen busy making a speech, owing to his newfound duties as the President of the United States. He is then shot at by an unknown assailant, and manages to duck just in time to save himself.

Something similar happened to Donald Trump during his public rally in Pennsylvania on July 13. The 78-year-old former President, now looking to reclaim his status, was also busy making a speech when an assailant, later identified as Thomas Matthew, shot multiple times at him.

One of the bullets touched his ear, and Trump stayed on the ground, under protection from his security personnel. Perhaps the eerie similarities between the two events is compounded by this one fact.

Thomas Matthew Crooks, a 20-year-old Pennsylvania native, attempted to assassinate former U.S. President Donald Trump. Armed with an AR-15–style rifle, Crooks fired from a nearby rooftop while Trump delivered a speech to a large crowd of supporters.

Crooks fired several rounds during the rally, aiming at Trump from his elevated position. One bullet grazed Trump’s ear, inflicting a non-fatal injury. However, the gunfire resulted in a more tragic outcome for the attendees. One rallygoer, Corey Comperatore, was killed, and two others were critically injured by the shots before Crooks was taken down by a Secret Service counter-sniper team stationed at the event.

Authorities revealed that Crooks meticulously planned the attack in the days leading up to the rally. On July 6, just days before the event, Crooks had registered to attend the rally, a decision that signaled his intent. In the days that followed, he conducted online searches for information related to political figures, including Trump and other high-profile individuals like President Joe Biden and FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Crooks even searched for details on the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, particularly the distance from which Lee Harvey Oswald fired his fatal shots.
